Heuristic Inspection : Comprehensive site assessment against industry defined criteria.

After an initial phone discussion a usability specialist will then inspect your site against the heuristic criteria and your established aims for the site.

Findings are provided in a report which includes an overview of the effectiveness of the site aligned to your aims, followed by identification of key problem points identified in the 10 heuristic categories. Each problem will have a criticality score, supporting information and a suggested rectification approach.
