Pricing
Package pricing is as detailed on our website. Other requirements will be subject to proposal and quotation to meet your specific needs.
Proposals may be package priced or on a Time and Materials basis at a specified hourly or daily rate. For T&M based agreements a breakdown of hours will be supplied with your invoice.
A range of contract options is available for website design and management offerings all will be detailed with applicable terms in a separate contract.
Delivery Costs
All costs are inclusive in fixed price packaged offerings including phone, connectivity and postage where appropriate.
Where quotations are provided these will clearly indicate arrangements for expenses and additional costs relating to performance of the project.

Arrangements for payment and service provision
Special Packages are provided on a payment with order basis. For your convenience various payment methods can be used including cheques (requiring clearance time), direct bank transfer, or debit/ credit card facilities through electronic payment agents.
For other requirements an invoice will be submitted on completion of work, or monthly for Time and materials projects in excess of one month.
Special costs like sample user recruitment will normally be the responsibility of the client, though this will be clearly indicated in your proposal.
Cancellation Period
Clients have an absolute right to cancel their order within seven working days of placing the order or up to the commencement of work, should this be within the 7 working day period (this applies to most packages which should be assumed to commence within 2 business days of order).
